Hourly Rate: £10.50 – £12.50 (depending on experience)
Typical Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Annual Leave: 28 days (inclusive of public holidays), increasing to a maximum of 33 days after 5 years of continuous service
Pension: 5% employee and 3% employer contribution

Job Description:
As a Welder in the United Kingdom, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for performing welding tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining a clean and efficient working environment. Your work will involve MIG and TIG welding, with a focus on stainless steel and aluminum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete departmental induction and safety training as required by the company.
- Adhere to safe systems of work and all relevant safety regulations.
- Attend additional training, including updating welding certifications.
- Follow job cards and complete work in accordance with provided instructions, including order and timing.
- Strive to meet standard allowed times for tasks and report any delays to the supervisor.
- Immediately report any faulty or broken components to the supervisor.
- Comply with quality control systems, methods, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Welder with MIG experience.
- Proficiency in using measuring equipment.
- Experience with TIG welding, especially with stainless steel and aluminum.
- Experience operating a press brake (advantageous but not essential).
