La Cristallerie, rich in a starred history, is preparing to write a new page, marked by the audacious ambition of once again winning a star in the Michelin Guide. We are looking for an outstanding Chef de Rang (M/F), ready to play a central role in this gastronomic adventure steeped in a prestigious tradition.
Main missions entrusted:
As Chef de Rang at La Cristallerie, you will be at the heart of this gastronomic renaissance. If you are ready to play a vital role in realizing our vision and providing our guests with an exceptional experience, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.
- Ensure the maintenance and setting up and dressing of the restaurant as well as the outdoor terraces and lounges where applicable
- Coordinate your work with the team for smooth service
- Greet and seat customers, take orders
- Track orders and ensure coordination between the room and the kitchen
- Guarantee the smooth running of the service
- Clear the tables and set up for the next service
- Ensure daily maintenance of premises and equipment.
Qualifications
- A passion for customer service and guest satisfaction
- A keen sense of hospitality and attention to detail
- An ability to harmoniously orchestrate service, creating an unforgettable culinary experience
- A desire to actively contribute to achieving our ambitious objective of obtaining a star in the Michelin Guide
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge of wines, alcohols and products offered to customers
- Knowledge of service techniques
- Knowledge of Simphony appreciated
- Successful experience in a similar establishment

- A remuneration of €3,085/gross
- A cutoff bonus of €20/gross
- 2 consecutive days of rest per week
