Job Description:

As a Butcher at Carrefour Market in France, you play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products and services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for preparing, processing, and advising customers on butchery products while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare butchery products in accordance with established work techniques, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene standards, traceability, and safety procedures.
• Maintain an optimal balance between production and customer demand, ensuring that products remain fresh and meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular checks on environmental and refrigerator temperatures, as well as the cleanliness of work tools and equipment.
• Manage manufacturing and sales schedules to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Restock the butcher counter while following the layout plan to ensure an appealing presentation.
• Label products clearly and accurately, including information on origin and price.
• Guarantee the quality and freshness of all butchery products.
• Contribute to the development of sales by providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Hold a CAP (Certificat d’Aptitude Professionnelle) in butchery or a CQP (Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle) in butcher’s shop.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the butchery trade.
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
