Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome guests to the restaurant, escort them to their tables, and provide them with menus.
• Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring any special requests or dietary requirements are noted.
• Service Excellence: Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and with care, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Anticipate and respond to guest needs, provide a high level of service, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Billing and Payment: Present bills, process payments accurately, and thank guests for their visit.
• Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are set up properly, clean and reset for the next guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Croatian, and proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
