Profile Sought:

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Room Clerk with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience: Ideally, you have previous experience working in a restaurant as a waiter or room clerk. Training in catering is a plus, demonstrating your familiarity with the hospitality industry.
• BAFA: BAFA certification is not required for this position.
• Permit B: A Permit B is not required.
• Education: You have at least completed a CAP or BEP (after the 3rd) without a diploma, which indicates your basic knowledge of service and hospitality.

Job Description:

As a Room Clerk in our seasonal employment setting, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Service: Providing excellent customer service to guests, taking orders, and serving meals and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Hygiene Standards: Adhering to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Billing: Accurately recording and processing guest bills and payments.
• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other staff members to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
