Production Supervisor

Our Client based in Tonbridge are looking for enthusiastic Production Supervisors to support their busy site.

Role Involves

Engage, manage and motivate the team working on the line to ensure optimum level of productivity

Work as an effective team, utilizing key members of the team

Liaising with Managers

· 12 Hour Shift

· Pay Rate – £11.59

· Shifts – 8am – 8pm

· 4 Days on 4 Days Off

· Opportunity for Overtime

· Bonus if targets are reached

· Good Communication skills

· Immediate start
