Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations in various facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Scheduling: Create cleaning schedules and assign tasks to cleaning staff, ensuring that all areas are cleaned on time.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and maintained.
• Training: Provide training to cleaning staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including daily logs and incident reports.
• Health and Safety: Ensure that cleaning staff adhere to health and safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients to address their cleaning needs and concerns.
• Problem Solving: Resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations for cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
