Coffee Factory Worker – Turin, Italy (Lavazza)

Overview
We are partnering with Lavazza to recruit workers for their coffee production factory in Turin. Join a globally recognised brand and help produce coffee for international markets. This role requires no prior experience and does not require knowledge of Italian.
Key Responsibilities
The factory uses various production lines where tasks rotate. You may work in any of the following areas:
Preparatory Operations: Handling raw coffee and other ingredients.
Sorting: Selecting quality coffee beans and removing waste.
Roasting and Cooling: Operating roasting machines and ensuring proper cooling.
Grinding & Instant Coffee Preparation: Grinding beans and producing instant coffee across different lines.
Packaging & Labelling: Ensuring products are packaged correctly and labelled for shipment.
Working Conditions
Contracts are for a minimum of 12 months, with potential for extension.
Work schedule varies between:
6 days per week, 8 hours per day
5 days per week, 10 hours per day
Additional overtime may be available.
Workshops are climate-controlled to around 20°C.
Uniforms (overalls, gloves, hat, face mask, and special footwear) are provided.
Candidate Requirements
Open to men and women aged 18–55.
No prior experience or language skills required.
Must have a valid passport.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Free of bad habits that could affect performance or safety.
Accommodation & Amenities
Housing provided in a hostel next to the workshop (walking distance).
Rooms shared by 2–3 people.
Facilities include refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, microwave oven, dishes, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
