Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 42.5 hours (January to June)
• 45 hours (July to December)

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Team Leader in the United Kingdom, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing a specific line or area within our warehouse. Your responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment, maintaining production standards in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures, and supporting team members to improve their job knowledge and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a specific line or area within the warehouse and managing the teams to maintain normal production running conditions.
• Operate and adjust production equipment according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Support and assist in various areas of production using your knowledge and skills in operating processes, equipment, and quality systems.
• Facilitate the exchange of information between shifts and departments as required.
• Raise performance issues with team members to the Supervisor.
• Monitor and plan production equipment availability, making adjustments to meet specifications.
• Refer technical issues to Technical Operatives or Supervisors for resolution.
• Be fully accountable for achieving KPIs and improving quality, performance, and service levels.

Qualifications and Skills:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Knowledge and experience gained in operating within a food manufacturing environment.
• The ability to maintain constructive relationships with team members across various departments.
• Proficiency in the use of all working processes and equipment relevant to the area or department.
• A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Competence in using computers for record-keeping and reporting.
