Job Description:
As a Production Worker at our paints factory in Količevo, Slovenia, you will play an integral role in the production process of high-quality coatings. Your responsibilities will include understanding production schemes and recipes, producing coatings according to technologists’ predetermined recipes, collaborating with quality control teams, handling product storage and labeling, and contributing to simpler maintenance tasks. Your role will also involve managing work documentation, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace, and ensuring the equipment and work environment are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow production schemes and recipes.
- Produce coatings according to predetermined recipes provided by technologists.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product quality.
- Handle the storage and labeling of finished products.
- Assist with simpler maintenance work when necessary.
- Manage and maintain work documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Clean, arrange, and perform routine maintenance on equipment and the work environment.
