Profile Sought:
As a Kitchen Clerk, you will be an essential part of our culinary team. We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Experience: You have prior experience as a kitchen clerk, and you have received training in cooking. Your familiarity with kitchen operations and procedures will be invaluable in this role.
- BAFA: BAFA certification is not required for this position.
- Permit B: A Permit B is not required.
- Education: You have completed at least a CAP or BEP (after the 3rd) in the culinary field. This educational background equips you with fundamental knowledge related to food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
Job Description:
As a Kitchen Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our kitchen in a seasonal employment context. Your responsibilities will include:
- Food Preparation: Assisting the kitchen staff in preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, and performing other food preparation tasks as required.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment.
- Inventory Management: Helping with the organization and management of food and kitchen supplies inventory.
- Assisting Cooks: Supporting the chefs and cooks in their tasks, such as plating dishes, garnishing, and ensuring timely food service.
- Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a seamless kitchen operation.
Contract Type:
