Job Overview:

We are seeking four dedicated and skilled Accountants to join our accounting office in Finland.    • Ensure data integrity and completeness in financial records.
2. Taxation and Reporting:
   • Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant tax forms, ensuring compliance with Finnish tax laws and regulations.
   • Generate financial reports, statements, and summaries for clients and regulatory authorities.
3. Client Communication:
   • Collaborate closely with clients to gather financial information and provide guidance on financial matters.
   • Address client inquiries and assist in financial decision-making processes.
4. Financial Analysis:
   • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
   • Provide clients with actionable insights to support their financial goals.
5. Audit Support:
   • Assist in the preparation and coordination of financial audits for clients.
   • Ensure audit readiness by maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
6. Compliance and Regulation:
   • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and compliance requirements in Finland.
   • Ensure clients adhere to relevant accounting and tax standards.
7. Team Collaboration:
   • Work collaboratively with other members of the accounting team to ensure seamless service delivery.
   • Share expertise and knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
• Proven experience working as an Accountant, preferably in an accounting office or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Excel, accounting software suites).
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
