Your job role:

You are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers. You will be playing an important role in customer satisfaction as you are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

Working hours: 11.30am to 2.30pm, 5.30pm to 10.30pm (Mon to Sat, Shift work)

Salary: $2200 to $2600 (Commensurate according to experience)

Working location: Tanjong Pagar

What you’ll be doing:

·         Provide outstanding client service.

·         Always aim for the highest level of client satisfaction.

·         Customers must be greeted and menus must be presented

·         Make recommendations depending on their preferences

·         Take and serve food and beverage orders

·         Issue checks and collect payment

·         Collaborate and communicate with all serving and kitchen teams.

·         Follow all appropriate health department rules and regulations, as well as all customer service criteria

·         Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
